The LAST thing you want is annoying Tweets with GoldMine promotions, product sales, and special events! But here is a good use of Twitter that is specifically for those firms that use GoldMine and more specifically for the person that is responsible for administering your system.
First Direct Corp. offers a Twitter account that you can follow that will only Tweet the following:
- GoldMine Product releases (not often enough!)
- Bugs that we learn about – when we learn you do!
- News about fixes to important/major bugs and product issues
We promise NOT to Tweet you about promotions, sales, special events and other things that are not related to the three bullets above!
