Who Do You Love?

A Valentine’s Day Thought about Using CRM . . .

Do you remember the old song “Who Do You Love?” written by rock & roll pioneer Bo Diddley. He recorded in 1956, it is one of his most popular and enduring works. The song represents Diddley’s lyrical combination of hoodoo-type imagery and boasting.

Valentine’s Day is an interesting holiday with different explanations for it’s origin. But one thing that is true – Love! Expressing affection and appreciation needs no explanation or excuse.

In business there are many times and opportunities to express gratitude. We can send a personally signed thank you letter to a new customer or make a phone call just to say thank you or to check in with an existing customer.

It has become commonplace in personal relationships as well as business relationships to express appreciation (affection) in connection with certain “holidays” such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine’s Day?

Overlook your relationships, whether they are personal for business, at your own peril. Chances are if you forget them they will forget you.

CRM such as GoldMine Premium and Zoho CRM software are great tools for staying in touch with prospects and customers.

Have a Happy Valentine’s Day!
