We are doing an upgrade for one of First Direct’s customers. She asked Mary, her assigned GoldMine engineer, about any changes to the password security this time because she has “PTSD from the last upgrade.” She was inundated with password requests back then – so much so that her internal print department made her a Halloween costume!! She went as a Goldmine Error – “The Update of 2018 Password Fiasco”
It’s great to keep a sense of humor. Frankly, we couldn’t have lasted in our business for 30 years if we did laugh at the situations we find ourselves in. We love it when our customers laugh along with us!!
Don’t hit your head against the wall if you’re having a problem with your CRM system. Hit us over the head. It’s how we make a living. 🙂
