Did you know that you can schedule an email to go out to a contact on a certain date and time with GoldMine CRM? In the options tab of the GoldMine email there is a button labeled “Queue, Calendar, and History options.”
When you select that a scheduling dialog window opens up where you can enter the date and time you want your message to go out.
After you’ve set the date and time, you select the “Queue” toolbar icon.
The message will now be in your GoldMine Email Center “Outbox” waiting to go out.
You just need to make sure you’re “sending queued” email on auto-retrieval, or that you “send all” from your Outbox.
