The little business that my wife Mary and I started over 25 years ago has only survived because of the support of our customers. I never forget that the only way I can meet my financial obligations, support my family, pay our employees and vendors, is by serving our customers and earning their decision to do business with us.
Thanksgiving isn’t the reason to thank you! But it certainly is a reminder to do so.
Over the course of the year I have sent out many cards to share expressions such as condolences, get well, congratulations. I’ve written a thank you letter to every new customer. But I’m sure I have not sufficiently expressed our sincere gratitude for the business relationship we have!!
I know each and every one of my customer’s faces struggles in business. It’s never easy. And, like you, I have mine. Much of my energy is focused on trying to help us all address the challenges of our organizations through the use of technology and best practices.
My success and experiences are shared with you in the hopes they become yours! But I can only do so if given the trust, opportunity and you allowing me to do so. Thank you to all of you who have done so!
Happy Thanksgiving. Have a joyous Christmas or/and Hanukkah.
Kindly,
Bob & Mary Ritter
